Airfares Fall to 2009 Levels

Now’s a great time to fly if you want to save a few bucks!
While inflation may be everywhere, the cost of airfares hasn’t been this cheap since 2009 in the United States.
According to CNN, the cost of plane tickets is at a fifteen-year low, with travel expert Katy Nastro revealing, “The single biggest factor for why we see cheap flights is competition.”
“We want (budget) carriers in the mix because it actually places downward pressure on the legacy carriers.”
