Disney World guests who have had the COVID-19 vaccine will still need to wear a mask inside the park, Disney announced on their website.

The Orlando, Florida theme park updated its mask policy to address vaccinated guests, keeping its requirements in line with the CDC’s guidance which says people who have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine still need to avoid close contact with others and wear a mask.
“Face coverings are required for all Guests (age 2 and up) and Cast Members, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine,” the Disney World website now reads.

“Please bring your own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when dining or swimming,” the policy reads. “You may remove your face coverings while actively eating or drinking, but you must be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing.”

According to the Centers for Disease Control, while the vaccine helps protect the recipient from getting COVID-19, it is still unclear whether vaccinated people can still spread COVID-19 to other people.
