Take a trip to Pisgah National Forest in Asheville, North Carolina to enjoy a natural waterslide that’s perfect for all ages to enjoy.

Thousands arrive each Summer to experience “Sliding Rock,” which features a light slope along a large 60-foot rock-turned slip-and-slide that dumps you into a pool of water at the end of the fall. Make sure to bring a towel because the water is a bit chilly, averaging around 50-60 degrees.

Don’t feel like getting wet, but want to be part of the action? Visitors can check out the waterslide from two observation decks.

Sliding Rock has lifeguards on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the attraction will only set you back $2.
