One Colorado town is hoping to lure visitors to its famous hot springs by paying tourists $100 to come and stay.

According to Fox Business, Glenwood Springs, Colorado will pay visitors $100 to come and visit through November 30, in an effort to boost fall tourism to the area.
Fox Business, reports the first 1,000 visitors who qualify will receive $100 in “Glenwood Gold Community Currency” upon arrival in the picturesque town.

To qualify, visitors must fill out an application, book a minimum two-night stay at one of the lodging locations featured on visitglenwood.com and book directly through one of the websites featured on the site. Booking via third-party sites such as Expedia will disqualify potential tourists from reaping their “Glenwood Gold” bucks, Fox Business reports.
According to Glenwood’s Tourism Information Center, Glenwood Springs is home to the world’s largest natural hot springs pool. Surrounded by national forest and located at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Colorado rivers, the town also boasts a thriving dining and entertainment scene complete with farm-to-table eateries and award-winning breweries.
