National Geographic have released their destinations on the rise list for next year, divided into five different categories – Adventure, Culture and History, Nature, Family, and Sustainability.
While some of the destinations are places we all know and love, a few will be new to some travelers, with National Geographic sharing, “The joy of travel comes from the unexpected. Now is the time to dream of your next journey and lay the foundation for your next trip. We hope our list of the new year’s most important places will inspire you.”
