McDonald’s Opens in Moscow Rebranded as Vkusno & Tochka “Tasty and thats it.”

McDonald’s restaurants in Russia are reopening under new ownership and branding, now named Vkusno & Tochka, which translates to Tasty and thats it.
Russians flocked to the 15 newly reopened restaurants on Sunday, which coincided with Russia Day, marking the countrys independence. Video shows a crowd gathered at Moscows Pushkinskaya Square, where McDonalds opened its first restaurant in the country in 1990.
McDonalds sold its Russia business, which included about 850 locations, following Russias invasion of Ukraine.
I wont hide the fact that I am an ambitious man, and so I am not just going to simply open up all 850 restaurants but I am going to develop new ones as well, new owner Alexander Nikolaevich Govor said in a press release. The company plans to open 200 more stores by the end of June.
While Vkusno & Tochka no longer sells Big Macs, cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets are still on the menu.
