‘Stranger Things’ House Hits the Market for $300k

The Byers’ house from the hit Netflix show Stranger Things has been listed for sale – and for $300,000, the Fayetville, Georgia ranch home could be yours!

According to People, the property was used as the exterior for the fictional home of Will, Joyce and Jonathon Byers on Stranger Things.
Listed by Michael Smith of EXP Realty, the 1,846 square foot home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and, according to the listing details, would make a perfect Airbnb for Stranger Things fans.

“The home was featured throughout the first few seasons of the show and remains a nostalgic focal point of the series,” People reports the listing as stating.

“Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture,” the listing blurb reveals. “So much so that the owners had to put up a driveway barricade and ‘Private Property’ signs just to keep people from trespassing, so needless to say the house gets a ton of attention.”

Although the home is situated on 6 acres, Michael Smith reveals the house does need a “full rehab” but adds, “with the right owner the potential return on investment (POI) could be HUGE!”
