Qantas Offering Seven Hour Flight to Nowhere Sells Out in Minutes

The coronavirus pandemic has changed travel as we know it, so much so that Qantas’ seven-hour sightseeing flight to nowhere sold out in just ten minutes.

According to CNN, the seven-hour flight will soar across Queensland, New South Wale, the Gold Coast, and Australia’s famed outback taking in sights such as the Great Barrier Reef, Bondi Beach, and the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge.
“It’s probably the fastest selling flight in Qantas history,” the airline’s CEO, Alan Joyce, said in a statement.

“People clearly miss travel and the experience of flying. If the demand is there, we’ll definitely look at doing more of these scenic flights while we all wait for borders to open.”
