As travel gears up once again, people are eagerly wiping the dust off their suitcases and planning where they are going to take that much-delayed vacation.

And when it comes to winter getaways, travel-starved vacationers are longing for snow-filled wonderlands, complete with fairytale castles and world-class skiing.
The travel company, Next Vacay, took a look at the top trending winter destinations on Pinterest and found that searches for “winter bucket list destinations” on the site rose by an astonishing 1,556 percent over the past four months, USA Today reports.

“Pinterest is a popular social media website which inspires its users with beautiful images that will get your attention,” Naveen Dittakavi, founder and CEO of Next Vacay, said in a statement reported by USA Today. “You can see why users use the platform to plan any upcoming travel or influence dream bucket list destinations.”

According to Next Vacay, these are the current top trending winter destinations on Pinterest:

1. Ice Castle in Silverthorne, Colorado

2. Banff, Canada

3. Breckenridge, Colorado

4. Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany

5. Gold Fork, Idaho

6. St. Moritz, Switzerland

7. Aspen, Colorado

8. Slovenia

9. Jackson Hole, Wyoming

10. Park City, Utah
